Terms

These terms apply to purchases from MOKUL, a Pakistan-based clothing brand. Prices are shown in PKR and include the product details displayed at checkout.

Orders and payment

An order is accepted subject to stock validation and confirmation. A transfer screenshot is not payment confirmation; MOKUL verifies the incoming wallet transaction. COD orders may require contact confirmation before dispatch.

Availability and errors

We may correct pricing, descriptions, availability, or obvious listing errors before confirming an order. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will contact you and arrange a refund or alternative.

Customer responsibility

Provide accurate contact and delivery information and keep your order number private. Delivery details and material checkout totals are shown before placement.
