MOKUL collects the information needed to provide the service: name, email, phone, delivery address, order details, payment proof where supplied, and support messages.

How we use it

We use this information to process orders, confirm delivery, review wallet transfers, prevent abuse, respond to support requests, and send waitlist updates when you opt in. Service messages about an order are separate from marketing consent.

Saved addresses

If you choose to save addresses in your account, we use them to fill in future checkout forms. You can edit or remove them from Saved addresses. Checkout does not automatically add addresses to your address book. Removing a saved address does not remove delivery details already recorded on an order.

Sharing and retention

Relevant delivery details are shared with our courier partners. Payment screenshots and order records are restricted to authorised staff. We retain records for operational, legal, accounting, and fraud-prevention purposes, then delete or anonymise them when no longer required.

You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information where it is not required for an open order or legal record. Contact [email protected].
